In support of this goal, we are looking for a Transplant Coordinator to join our team in our San Antonio office.
The Transplant Coordinator plays a vital role in conducting all tasks related to referral coordination and eligibility of donated tissue that enhances and improves lives globally. This team member is a steward for each donor's Gift by ensuring standardized operational practices are effectively executed at the local level and by seeking continual improvement opportunities to maximize the value of the Gift. Specific responsibilities include review of all relevant and required donor records to determine donor eligibility for transplant, research and education, or destruction in accordance with the EBAA Medical Standards, FDA applicable regulations and the CorneaGen policies and procedures.
This is an hourly, per-diem position that is 100% remote. This role is scheduled for 2-3 shifts/week and requires availability of nights/overnights including weekends as we are a 24/7 x 365 operation. The Overnight shift is from 11pm to 7am and provides a night and weekend shift differential. This position also participates in on-call responsibilities related to referral screening and authorization.

The minimum wage for this position is $17.75 hourly and the maximum wage is $22.00 hourly. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.
