Job Description

Cole Electric Services is a small, privately owned residential electrical contractor serving homeowners in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. We're looking for an experienced residential service electrician to join the team. This is a full-time role.

You'll be responsible for residential service work like: troubleshooting and repair, service and panel upgrades, remodel wiring, installing circuits, devices, and lighting. You'll work directly with homeowners and supervise a helper.

Pay is hourly, not commission. We have no sales quotas, and you'll never be asked to upsell a customer. We'd rather do good work and keep customers for life.

Pay & Benefits

• $30-45/hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Profit sharing bonuses twice a year
• 401(k) with company match
• Health and dental insurance with company contributions
• Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave
• Support continuing education and license renewal costs
• Company van, power tools, and uniform shirts provided

Requirements

• 6+ years of electrical experience, at least 2 in a lead role
• Strong residential troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with customers
• Valid Virginia driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check and provide references

A Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a major plus but not required.

To apply, send us your resume. We read every application and respond quickly.
