Hemphill is excited to again partner with this excellent West Omaha organization as they continue to exceed year-over-year growth targets and are excited to welcome a key member, and future leader to their Corporate Accounting team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation of experience and feels ready to step into a more impactful role, while working close to the action on high priority items, and being well positioned to step into a leadership role within a very reasonable amount of time.

Whether you started your career in public accounting or built your experience in private industry - we are searching for a bright, technical, and naturally analytical individual. Someone who is inquisitive, has a healthy dose of common sense, and a knack for connecting the dots between what the financial statements are telling us and actual business outcomes. You will be intentionally included in leadership meetings and will have ample opportunity to participate in important discussions & projects around strategy, expansion, acquisitions, and leveraging AI and other technology to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

• Take ownership of key responsibilities, including month-end accounting for an assigned region, reconciliations, journal entries, lease accounting, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation. You'll also take on an array of finance-based and project work to include flux analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, board reporting, acquisition integration, AI-driven automation initiatives, and financial systems integration and optimization projects.
