We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in a delivery-focused recruiting role . This opportunity is ideal for a proven recruiter who comes from a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment and excels at identifying, engaging, and delivering high-caliber talent.

The Recruiter will partner closely with internal teams to understand client requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer and relationship builder who is comfortable managing multiple searches, engaging passive talent, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment delivery process , from candidate identification and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement
• Develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies for current and anticipated hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across assigned searches
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber talent
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, notes, and activity within the ATS/CRM
• Develop strong market knowledge and stay current on hiring trends, candidate availability, and competitive talent landscapes
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and urgency
• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement goals
• Collaborate with recruiters, sales professionals, and internal teams to maximize delivery and placement opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience within a staffing agency, recruiting firm, executive search firm, or talent solutions organization
• Strong candidate delivery and sourcing experience , with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified talent
• Experience recruiting within any professional staffing vertical ; specific industry experience is not required
• Strong sourcing capabilities with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other recruiting platforms
• Experience engaging and recruiting passive candidates
• Experience working within an ATS/CRM
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment
• Highly motivated, resilient, proactive, and results-oriented
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting, activity, or placement goals

Base salary is $65-80,000.00 depending on experience
