About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its Annuity Brokerage. The successful candidate will be a results-driven sales executive with a passion for leadership, strategic growth, and innovation. Responsibilities include developing and executing the long-term vision and strategic direction for the brokerage, driving sales growth through the identification of new business opportunities, and implementing programs to increase production. The role also involves partnering with sales leaders and marketers to create training programs, building strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, and leading a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full sales process, a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, and exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Candidates for the President position should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, 5 years of leadership experience, and a preferred 10 years of annuity experience. A strategic mindset, the ability to analyze data, and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies are essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire and motivate the sales team, foster a culture of accountability and excellence, and continuously evaluate market conditions for opportunities for innovation and growth. The President will also play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, and long-term relationship management, and must be adept at resolving escalated issues with effective solutions.
