Your New Role

As a TA/Technical Recruiter, you will focus exclusively on the sourcing and candidate qualification side of the recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership, you will proactively identify, engage, screen, and assess top technical talent for a variety of technology-focused positions. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters looking to develop their careers within a large, established organization while supporting high-volume, enterprise hiring initiatives.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing experience
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience recruiting within a corporate, agency, RPO, or high-volume talent acquisition environment
• Exposure to technical, IT, engineering, professional services, or technology-focused hiring
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• A competitive, team-oriented mindset with the ambition and drive to grow within talent acquisition
