Key responsibilities Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to develop and implement compensation programs that align with business strategies Lead the design and implementation of complex compensation solutions, utilizing market data for analysis and recommendations Manage cross-functional teams to create operational designs and implement new compensation solutions effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred 7+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation or benefits Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and market pricing software (e.g., MarketPay) Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and influence stakeholders at various levels Demonstrated expertise in project management and financial acumen
