About the Role:

The Back Waiter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dining service in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience with a focus on hospitality.
• Certification in food handling or safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Prepare dining areas by setting tables, replenishing condiments, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including floors, service stations, and dining rooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
